Horrible, like tissue paper, quality is gone
Reviewed on February 15, 2024 by Bessie on vanityfairnapkins.com
Used for years, needing 4 napkins to even come close to being equal to one of Old Vanity Fair Napkin. Will not purchase again.

Changed, and not for the better.
Reviewed on January 6, 2024 by Stephanie on vanityfairnapkins.com
Agree with the recent users that something has changed. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and now don't think I will continue to purchase. They used to be soft and thicker - I compared the new batch with my previous batch and there is definitely a difference.

        what happened to your quality?
Reviewed on December 27, 2023 by hank on vanityfairnapkins.com
I opened a 8 pack of everyday napkins. The first 110 package I used I noticed something was wrong. They were not the same thickness as they were before. So either there was problem in manufacturing or your making a less superior product by cutting its thickness. If its the later I will not be buying your napkins again.

        Cheap quality
Reviewed on December 21, 2023 by Everyday napkins on vanityfairnapkins.com
I purchased everyday napkins years knowing they were more expensive. I liked the quality and willingly paid for quality. The first purchase of the cheap quality everyday napkins was quite a surprise to say the least! I assumed you had a production issue so I did purchase again only to find out the quality is cheap. Surprised the price did not reflex the cheapness. The current everyday napkins are no better than the cheapest on the market. I will no longer pay a premium price for your now junk napkins. Never wrote a complaint but the quality change with no price reduction was just too much for this old lady!

        Used to be great!
Reviewed on December 10, 2023 by Anne Marie on vanityfairnapkins.com
I used to love these Vanity Fair everyday napkins, and I did not mind paying a bit more for them than regular "bulk" napkins. But they must have changes them, they are now soooo thin, almost as thin as tissue. They tear so easily and stick to liquids and almost dissolve. Forget about using them with any sticky food. I'm looking for a new brand...

        Once Great Now Terrible
Reviewed on December 8, 2023 by DONNAW on vanityfairnapkins.com
While the dinner napkins seem to have retained their quality over the years, the quality of the "Everyday Napkins" have dramatically deteriorated to the point where they are so thin that you now need two or three on top of each other to come close to what they used to be. Very disappointed. You took a great product that set yourselves apart from everyone else and ruined it!

Just opened a new package of lunch napkins and noticed the change in quality and brightness immediately. Not for the better. Won’t be buying these again. Very disappointed. Had been previously buying them forever .

        Quality has deteriorated!
Reviewed on October 10, 2023 by MarM on vanityfairnapkins.com
I have used nothing but Vanity Fair Everyday napkins for many, many years. The quality has deteriorated to the point that they are sad and useless! They are still advertised as 2 ply, but they are so thin that it makes a mockery of the term 2 ply. I will not be buying Vanity Fair napkins again.....

Napkins good only for nose blowing
Reviewed on June 6, 2023 by deke on vanityfairnapkins.com
labeled as 2-PLY and doesn't qualify to even be labeled as 1/2PLY wasted money on three of these packages. Needed to use two napkins to do the job of one. Go back to your old quality or get off the shelf

        Great!
Reviewed on January 10, 2023 by Loni K on vanityfairnapkins.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You would think that there isn't much to be able to say about "napkins," however these are fantastic! They feel soft and smooth so there is no irritation when using, but they are thick to be able to clean up yourself and any messes you have!

        Not the same!
Reviewed on November 26, 2022 by Jersey Girl on vanityfairnapkins.com
I don’t when exactly you changed your product but it is nowhere near what it used to be. This current napkin is thin like tissue paper and even the embossing has lost it’s one of a kind feel. The cost is almost double and the quality a big minus. The lady who wrote that store brands are thicker and nicer was right on. Thought you should know.

        Low quality
Reviewed on October 9, 2022 by lcsw on vanityfairnapkins.com
Note that every review posted on this website is at least three years old. Since the beginning of the pandemic, GP has lowered the quality of VF napkins. The products on the shelf today are thin and harsh. VF is no longer a premium product despite the premium price.

        Junk
Reviewed on October 9, 2022 by mlsmls on vanityfairnapkins.com
Years ago, pre-pandemic, VF was a premium product: thick, strong, absorbent, and soft. Now they are as thin as single ply, harsh to the hand, and fall apart as soon as they get wet or used in any way. As with so many US manufacturers, GP has taken advantage of pandemic economic conditions to lower quality while raising prices.
