      Heating Instructions (appliances vary, heating times approximate)

      Oven (Preferred): Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake until hot, about 18 minutes, or to desired color and crispiness, turning patties over halfway through cooking time.

      MICROWAVING

      Heating Instructions (appliances vary, heating times approximate)

      Microwave: Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high:

      1 patty: 1-1/2 min.

      2 patties: 2-1/2 min.

      3 patties: 3-1/2 min.

      4 patties: 4-1/2 min.

I heated the chicken in the microwave, then added a little sauce and cheese and then heated it a little longer to melt the cheese. The chicken was very tasty and moist. I have had some chicken patties that do not heat very well in the microwave, but these did pretty well. Overall I would get them again.
