Cinnamon Baked French Toast

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Cut the bread into cubes and evenly distribute them in the prepared baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until well beaten. Add milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, whisking until fully combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure all pieces are soaked.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow the bread to absorb the custard mixture.
