Veggie Wraps with Hummus

- 4.0 whole large tortillas
- 0.5 cup hummus
- 1.0 medium carrot
- 1.0 medium cucumber
- 0.5 cup bell pepper
- 0.25 cup red onion
- 0.5 cup spinach leaves
- 0.25 cup feta cheese

Preparation

Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spread the hummus evenly over the tortillas.

Layer the shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, spinach leaves, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the hummus.

Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.

Using a sharp knife, cut the wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
