  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 300g ramen noodles
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Slices of Naruto kamaboko
  • Scallions

In a large pot, bring water and bones to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Strain the broth, discarding the bones. Return the broth to the pot.
