Warm Squash Breakfast
Full ingredient list
- 1 bag of frozen butternut squash or kabocha squash
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1 banana
- 1–2 tablespoons walnut or peanut butter
- Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Pour the squash into a pot with 1/4 cup milk and cook for about 15–20 minutes.

Mash in the banana.

Add the nut butter and cinnamon. Then, blend it all together in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth.
