Full ingredient list
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Half an avocado, sliced

Preparation

Cook the brown rice according to the package instructions.

Drain and rinse the black beans.

Chop the lettuce and tomatoes.

Shred the cheese if it is not already shredded.

Layer the Ingredients:

First Layer: Put a scoop of cooked brown rice in the bottom of each bowl.

Second Layer: Add a scoop of black beans on top of the rice.

Third Layer: Add a layer of chopped lettuce.
