How to Apply: 1. Lay support on flat surface if possible. With palm towards floor, lay hand over area where rigid splint sits, and place thumb through thumb hole where malleable splint (malleable thumb splint may be adjusted with doctors advice) sits. Wrap larger flap over wrist, followed by fastening straps. 2. Pull all four straps across wrist and secure. Adjust small strap around thumb until comfortable. 3. Wrap long strap around wrist and adjust until comfortable.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Wash & Care: Remove splints before washing. Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

    My husband purchased this hoping to gain relief for his very painful hand/wrist and thumb. He has very painful rheumatoid arthritis with no cushioning between the thumb joints so bone rubs against bone. Rest of hand is also arthritic. This is well made but covers way more area of hand/wrist/thumb than what he thought necessary. His entire hand felt as if in a cast, making movement difficult and even painful. Had to remove it and will be returned. Found another brand that suits his specific needs (more comfortable, not so large) without the problems that the Neo G presented.

    I purchased this brace from the drugstore to address my wrist and thumb pain. A few hours later, my arm started to itch and burn. I took off the brace, and I had bumps, hives, redness, and swelling on my wrist and upper forearm. I checked the label on the brace, and it did not say it contained latex. It wasn't until I came to this website that I discovered this product is NOT safe for those with a latex allergy.

    Not that I am falling apart but I have both left and right Wrist & Thumb Brace as well as a knee brace. Without being melodramatic I really could not manage day to day with out these supports. This is the first time in about 4 years that I have had to buy a replacement and that was only because the Velcro on the thumb died. Cannot recommend more highly.

    The thumb velcro, hook side down was a bad decision. Within a day of wearing it i have a skin lesion between my thumb and forefinger. Easy fix to add a bandage but i wish i caught the problem before needing to deal with the lesion on top of the torn tendon.

    I’ve been experiencing carpal tunnel on and off for three weeks and had to get a brace. Unfortunately, this one is incredibly uncomfortable even with the 2 metal support pieces removed. It’s still too firm for me and puts pressure on the part of my arm that hurts. Even with the malleable splint removed from the thumb piece and rigid splint removed from the wrist, I still found it incredibly uncomfortable. This might work for someone with a larger hand but unfortunately it was placing too much pressure where I was experiencing pain so I had to return it.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got Neo G Stabilised Wrist and Thumb Brace I thought this would work great for my carpol tunnel especially with the strap that goes between the thumb and finger but for me the strap was irritating my skin. I think the strap needs to be a little longer. Overall the brace fits perfect around my hand and wrist and it works great in keeping my hand straight and relieved alot of my symptoms.
