Adding delivery instructions can help shoppers deliver your order to the right place.
You can add delivery instructions—
- When adding an address to your account
- While placing the order
- After placing the order (but before a shopper starts working on it)
If your shopper is working on your order, contact them directly.
Helpful info to include—
- Parking locations
- Building security or gate information
- Your building or apartment complex’s name
- Directions from the building entrance to your unit
- Whether the shopper should knock or ring the bell
- Specific directions for hard-to-locate front doors
- Markers on your home that might help the shopper find the best entrance
During checkout, you can select Leave at my door if I am not around. The shopper will take a picture of the order at your door before they leave.
Please note—If you choose unattended delivery, you accept full responsibility for the order after delivery, including any loss due to theft or temperature-sensitive damage.
To add delivery instructions at checkout—
1. From your cart, tap Go to checkout. |
