Maximize your batch eligibility
Increase your batch eligibility by taking actions such as activating a physical payment card, opting in to batches with heavy or bulky items, or completing training on alcohol or prescription delivery so you have more choice over the batches available to you.
Activate physical card
Some stores require an active physical payment card at checkout. You can activate your physical card to be eligible to shop at any store.
Alcohol delivery
Get certified to safely deliver batches that include alcohol by taking all required state-specific alcohol training. Alcohol deliveries are available in select US states and CA provinces. Check your Shopper app for availability.
Insulated bag verification
Protect temperature-sensitive items by using insulated bags which can lead to better ratings and tips. Verify your insulated bags in the Shopper app.
Rx delivery
Take additional training and state-specific certifications to be eligible to deliver batches that include prescriptions. Rx deliveries are available in select US states and CA provinces. Check your Shopper app for availability.
Bulky batch delivery
Opt in for batches with larger items if you own an eligible, larger vehicle. Bulky batches will include, at most, 5 qualifying bulky items. You may earn heavy pay on these batches as well.
Heavy batch delivery
Choose to opt out of heavy batches to no longer see them. Batches with items that weigh 8+ lbs with a total weight of 50+ lbs qualify as heavy.
